Locked Out but Help Came

Despite the initial issues with our locked door, one staff member quickly helped us get back inside, a relief during a stressful moment.

The rude response from another host when we reported the lock issue left us feeling frustrated and neglected during a critical time.

The room was clean and functional. I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the staff's willingness to assist, like returning my lost items. It was nice to enjoy reliable Wi-Fi while winding down after a long day.

My experience turned sour due to a locked door incident that caused a medical emergency.

This place is nice, and has free wi-fi, a snack bar, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me return my forgotten shower bag. It's a cute spot, and I'm excited to come back for a weekend!

I had a decent experience during my recent stay. I loved the comfy bed and that there was no extra charge for my dog! However, the room could have been a bit cleaner.

The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and the lounge area was perfect for chilling out. I did wish the shower had a better curtain, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 👍
